Rapidly expanding NYC PR agency specializing in fashion, lifestyle, and beauty seeking a Director of Fashion to oversee various Fashion and Accessory accounts. This is an exciting position for a creative, strategic thinker who also excels as a manager.

Requirements:
*5-7 years PR experience (agency and/or in-house)
*Experience managing a team
*Strategic approach to publicity (I.e. – you have created, presented and implemented creative, press worthy initiatives)
*Strong writing skills
*Excellent media and client relationships
*Experience creating client strategies
*Confident speaking skills
*Event planning and management experience

Responsibilities Will Include:
*Overseeing day to day activity for variety of high-profile and emerging brands
*Managing and motivating a team
*Managing client relations
*Creating, presenting and implementing strategies to/for clients
*Drafting media collateral
*Editing reports before they are sent to clients
*Managing events (overseeing red carpet teams, etc)
*Pitching big picture stories/profiles
