Tom Ford’s Violet Blonde Fragrance: It’s hard for us to even seriously discuss Tom Ford and fragrance since that perfume-strip-in-the-bum spread he did for Russian GQ broke a couple weeks ago, but this scent is so delicious that we’ll ignore it. We are not usually perfume loyalists (hazard of the job), but it’s all we’ve been spritzing on since we scored a bottle a few weeks ago. It’s a little sweet, a little flowery, and a lot luxe, due to the notes of Tuscan orris, which is very hard to get. Naturally Tom Ford had to have it for his perfume, and it’s spectacular. ($100 for 1.7 oz or $145 for 3.4 oz at Saks)
