We saw a friendship blossom between actress Haillee Steinfeld and blogger/editor Tavi Gevinson back in July when they both attended the launch party for Miu Miu’s “noir” sunglasses in LA–they were joined at the hip. Since then, they’ve talked a lot about how much they like each other. And yesterday they reunited at Disneyland! We’ll ignore the fact that the 14 and 15 year olds appear to be skipping school and instead talk about how much fun they’re having and how cute it is!

And the Dior saga drags on just a little longer.
Talks between Dior and Marc Jacobs have come to a halt, WWD is reporting. Jacobs had been the number one name to succeed Galliano at Dior; a deal seemed imminent. But as Jacobs was keen on taking his entire design team from Vuitton with him to Dior, and Phoebe Philo–the name floated as the one likely to take over for Jacobs at LVMH’s luxury linchpin–was keen on keeping on with her minimalist jam at Celine, it’s back to the drawing board. Alexander Wang (so apparently that rumor was true), Jason Wu and Raf Simons are among the candidates who have been approached, according to WWD.

Here’s a Look at What Really Goes On Backstage At The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
The backstage of fashion shows are usually a hot hectic mess. But not Victoria’s Secret. When you have the budget to put on a $12 runway show, backstage is pretty swank. As in, there was a carving station. And models actually eat from it.
The models wear very short pink silk robes while extensions and hair spray and bronzer and shimmering make up is applied in heaps. But they’re all smiles throughout. These girls are having fun. Our street style photog Ashley was there to capture the magic that is Victoria’s Secret backstage. Highlights included Kanye making an appearance and chatting with Alessandra Ambrosio, and Adriana Lima posing for an impromptu lingerie shoot on top of a table.

The supermodel-in-the-making has a killer walk and outsize personality so it was no shock that she killed it on the glitter-filled Victoria’s Secret runway. We sat down with Kloss before the show to ask her the pressure of being “the one to watch,” if she would switch up her signature walk, and if she indulged in any crazy diet or exercise pre-show. Taylor Tomasi Hill Leaves Marie Claire for Moda Operandi–So Who Will Be the Mag’s New Face?
According to the New York Times, Taylor Tomasi Hill has left her post as style and accessories director at Marie Claire to become the artistic director for retail site Moda Operandi.
It’s an impressive coup for Moda Operandi, which, according to the paper, also managed to poach Gilt’s Roopal Patel, especially since the site only just launched in February. It’s also a huge loss for Marie Claire, who really used Taylor in all her fashion-forward, unbelievably gorgeous, street-style-fodder, glory as the poster child for their recent fashion-y makeover, having wooed her away from her former post at Teen Vogue with, we assume, a hefty paycheck and lots of perks.
