The Magnet Agency is a talent agency that represents stylists, hair stylists, makeup artists, costume designers and set designers for fashion, film and commercials and they’re looking for an agent’s assistant.

This person will be assisting an agent who represents stylists, hair & makeup artists and set designers and must be familiar with the entertainment and fashion industries. This is a very detail-oriented, multi-tasking job which requires flexibility and initiative. The applicant should be comfortable keeping track of multiple schedules and contacts and have experience organizing travel, as well as other office responsibilities. Must be fluent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and BlackBerry. Applicants must have strong communication skills, professional phone manner, be motivated and quick-thinking.

Position is full time and located in LA.
