Courtney Love is allegedly getting booted from her West Village townhouse for missing her rent and “ruining” the designer decor by giving it a paint job, reports the New York Post. Oh and for setting it on fire that one time. Oops.

The townhouse’s owner Donna Lyon says that Love caused up to $100,000 worth of damage to the property when she painted and wallpapered over the hand-finished walls. She also apparently owes $54,000 in rent–though you wouldn’t know it from the house tour Love gave to xoJane.

Clad in head-to-toe Chanel, Love shows off her pad, which xoJane has also been using as a “Pop-Up office.” What that means we’re not exactly sure but apparently it has Jane Pratt working out of Love’s “first floor prayer room…where Courtney meditates and chants.” Now there’s a mental image for you.

Other highlights include xoJane calling Love an “authority on antiques,” framed pictures of Love with Donatella Versace, Elizabeth Taylor and Woody Harrelson, and a white board scrawled with positive affirmations, inspirational quotes and Coco’s 4 one-year goals.

Love claims not to be broke–she responded to eviction rumors by telling the NY Post “I haven’t fallen behind on the rent—I have been paying month to month as agreed. My rent is current, but the owner is now asking for the remaining two months’ upfront. Even though it’s not required, I’d happily pay that and another six months’ rent upfront if she would extend the lease for six months.” But, judging by her “top 4 one-year goals,” we’re not sure she could pull it off quite so easily. Top on Love’s list is “get a loan for $25 Million,” though to her credit she seems to have hastily updated it to say “earn” $25 Million. Also on her list? Get justice from the government.” Hmm…
