Florence + The Machine – Shake It Out
Florence Welch is arguably fashion’s biggest musical muse of 2011. Not only did Karl Lagerfeld shoot her for the cover of October’s Vogue Japan and stick her inside of a seashell to perform at the Chanel Spring 2012 show, Gucci’s Frida Giannini named Florence as the inspiration for the Italian label’s Fall 2011 collection and designed the singer’s costumes for her summer tour. Flo has always stood out for her innately cool sense of style, but the looks in her video for “Shake It Out” are particularly stellar—she wears couture creations by both Valentino and Elie Saab. The song isn’t half bad, either!
