JOB DESCRIPTION Sales Director * Identify, open, and manage retail accounts both domestic and international. * Create and achieve targeted sales goals. * Develop relationships with online retail partners including Gilt Group, Shop Bop,Yoox, Net a Porter etc. * Ability to identify and create sales opportunities. * Manage the showroom and collection samples. * Must be willing to travel to trunk shows both domestic and international * Understanding of social media
JOB REQUIREMENTS * Must have minimum 5 years of experience within the women's designer luxury market. * Must have proven contacts and existing relationships with major departments stores (Saks, Barneys, Nordstrom, etc) and specialty boutiques worldwide as well as e-commerce sales relationships with sites such as Gilt Groupe, Shopbop, Net-a-Porter, etc * Track record of establishing accounts and selling through via good customer service in US and overseas markets (Europe, Asia, Middle East) * Experience with trade shows in US and Europe (Coterie,Vendome) major plus. * Salary is commensurate with experience.
