Skills & Qualities: * The successful candidate will possess advanced PA and computer skills, and will be highly internet savvy. They will be incredibly organised, proactive and resourceful, able to work with pride on a variety of tasks simultaneously. They will be upbeat, polished and hard working, able to interact comfortably with executives of all levels. This is a pressurised position, requiring an eye for detail, diplomacy, discretion, plus an entrepreneurial spirit. * The successful candidate will be able to anticipate the needs of managers and their staff to enable them to perform effectively. They will also be keen to gain a broad understanding of the highly varied CNI digital and technology operations around the world. * A strong academic record, at least to university degree level, is required, together with complete fluency in English. A good grasp of other languages is preferable, together with an interest in digital technology and a passion for Condé Nast and its global activities.
Experience: *The successful candidate will have at least 2-3 years of PA experience
Responsibilities: - Manage 2 busy diaries, booking appointments and arranging calls, greeting guests and booking ground transport - Organise complex international travel for 2 executives and their key staff, including visa administration, document preparation, ground transportation, and accommodation and currency arrangements. - Look after expenses, run errands, organise team events, and assist in planning internal conferences - Supervise incoming and outgoing post and deliveries - Administrate monthly reports - Oversee smooth running of the office, including ordering all required stationary and supplies
