Remember that fake Prada ad starring Lana Del Rey? The next one that pops up might very well be legit. The “Video Games” singer just landed herself a modeling contract, Elle UK is reporting.

Next Model Management signed the indie pop star, who has quickly become recognizable for her bee-stung lips and her vaguely retro look. She’ll be repped under the talent wing of the agency alongside Alice Dellal and Alexa Chung, two ladies whose careers are certainly booming right now. Next also reps models Abbey Lee Kershaw, Arizona Muse, Karlie Kloss and Anja Rubik.

Del Rey (nee Elizabeth Grant) has skyrocketed to popularity on the strength of her two songs and their accompanying videos, and has already become a darling of the fashion set. She’s been dressed by the likes of Prabal Gurung and Antonio Berardi, and performed at Mulberry’s spring 2012 presentation in New York.
