It's her first post-prison/rehab movie role that we've heard about--except for something called InAPPropriate Comedy, which sounds awful--and it seems like a good fit for obvious reasons. Elizabeth Taylor was beautiful, talented and troubled--all things Lohan, who grew up in the public eye and whose unstable personal life eclipsed her career, can relate to.

This seems like a great post-Playboy comeback move for Lohan if she can pull herself together for it. There's no shame in starring in a Lifetime movie; Shirley Maclaine was great in Coco Chanel. We hope, for Lindsay's sake, this works out. For one, there will have to be some crazy sartorial moments in the film. We also thought she looked better as a brunette than a blonde (and, of course, best as a redhead). Or do you think she'll wear a wig?

Another plus would be that this film could inspire more Liz Taylor-themed fashion spreads, because how could that not be entertaining? And we're starting to get tired of Marilyn Monroe.

Do you think Lindsay can pull off playing Liz?
