Superdry USA is hiring for two positions! The Retail Marketing Coordinator role is a supporting role for the in house marketing department and will assist the Marketing Department with all marketing related functions and administrative needs. The position plays a critical role in the launch of marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives, as well as retail marketing support. Applicants should be creative and able to manage projects/campaigns from start to end as well as the quantitative skills to track, analyze, and budget campaign spend and effectiveness. Responsibilities: · Coordinate store/field/regional events and charity requests. · Liaise with regional store teams on event preparations.

The Retail Marketing Coordinator role is a supporting role for the in house marketing department and will assist the Marketing Department with all marketing related functions and administrative needs. Responsibilities: · Coordinate store/field/regional events and charity requests. · Liaise with regional store teams on event preparations. · Execute marketing related support to drive traffic and manage programs on site. · Manage artwork requests for store promotions, email marketing, and local area advertising and submit to marketing manager. · Create email blast calendar to alert database of promotions and events. · Manage customer database and find growth opportunities. · Monitor social media of retail locations and local markets including local media, celebrities, athletes and talent. · Research local sites and networks in store areas for advertising and collaboration opportunities. · Identify and propose new online marketing opportunities appropriate for the brand. · Maintain detailed event calendars. · Create detailed event recaps. · Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports. Job Requirements: · College degree required in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. · 1-3 yrs marketing experience, retail background preferred. · Background working for/marketing a brand, apparel preferred. · Prior event coordination experience. · Strong computer skills. Proficiency in the following programs required: Power point, Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook, and Twitter. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface with all levels of management. Exceptional organizational skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and large/diverse workload. · Self-starter, who is able to work independently. · Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities · Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.

The Sports Marketing Coordinator is a supporting role for the in house marketing department and will assist the Marketing Department in the development of innovative sports and athlete initiatives that drives Superdry USA’s brand image within designated communities. He/she is the driver of creativity and establishes and executes a long lasting and state of the art athlete gifting and event program. Responsibilities: · Actively work to identify significant influencers with key targeted consumers, on both a national and localized level. · Create a strong network in national, collegiate, action and local sports. · Drive the image of the brand through new event ideas, event activation, event branding solutions, and athlete gifting initiatives that impact key target consumers and drive sales. · Develops and capitalizes on unique opportunities that drive the image of the brand in key sport scenes and capitalize on key athlete relationships. · Work within annual budget as communicated by Director of Marketing & Communications.

Job Requirements: · College degree required in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field. · 2-4 yrs relevant experience in sports marketing, athlete and/or team sponsorships · Prior event coordination experience. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface with all levels of management. Exceptional organizational skills. · Strong computer skills.
