While we’ve enjoyed seeing the likes of Gisele, Shalom Harlow, Joan Smalls (she was everywhere this season and we loved it), and even Naomi Campbell on runways this fashion month, we’ve missed the unique model presence that is Karlie Kloss. She tweeted before New York fashion week that she was skipping the runways there for a “game changing” opportunity. She was also a no-show in London and Milan. But now thanks to Twitter again, we’ve been able to gather a bit of information about what she’s up to, although she’s very good at keeping secrets (Kanye West could really learn some Twitter restraint from Karlie.)

Anyway, last night she tweeted:

Then her model bestie Jourdan Dunn tweeted about the things she’s looking forward to at Paris fashion week:

1.I’m gonna be reunited with Karlie!

(She’s also excited for Kanye West’s after party, as we would be, too.)

NEXT Models, Karlie’s agency, tweeted their Paris model board earlier this morning, and Karlie is front and center (look very carefully, at right).

The only other thing we really know is that she got a pedi over the weekend, which obviously is important preparation for squeezing your feet into who knows what kind of tortuous shoes. Derek Blasberg tweeted a few days ago:

Feeling smug… While my fashion friends are working it in Milan, I’m getting a pedi with @KarlieKloss. Gettin’ my toosties [sic] ready for Paris!

So let’s speculate who she’s walking for. Karlie famously closed Dior in that bum-exposing dress last season, and Chanel and Louis Vuitton are probably not bad guesses either. Regardless, we’re looking forward to seeing her walk again, and hope we finally figure out what kept her away.
