“Arizona is a true beauty and a great complement to our other spokespeople,” Aerin Lauder, style and image director for the Estée Lauder brand, told the trade. “She is perfect for the brand — she is warm, elegant and personable. She can represent skin care, fragrance and makeup equally well. She is truly a modern Estée Lauder woman.”
Muse has been signed on for skin care, makeup and fragrance, and while she has yet to be shot for a campaign we can apparently count on seeing her luxe side played up in the ads. “We see her in a very luxury way,” Richard Ferretti, senior vice president and creative director for Estée Lauder, told WWD. “She has the ability to go to that place.”
Muse for her part, says she was ecstatic when she found out she had landed the gig, which she called “a monumental honor.”
“I walked into my hotel room and found an enormous bouquet of flowers from Lauder welcoming me to the brand,” she said. “It was such a great way to finish fashion week.” And here we thought we were lucky to finish fashion week with a few extra hours of sleep…
Muse added that she’s excited to work with friend Tom Pecheux, as well as shoot the skin care campaigns. “I especially love skin care. It is something that is the base of everything,” she said, adding, according to WWD, “that Lauder’s Re-Nutriv is a new favorite.” Wink, wink….See, she’s already doing a great job at repping the beauty behemoth.
We can expect see Muse’s Lauder campaigns sometime within the next year, and we just have one question: Will the beauty company finally fix Arizona’s mom hair?
