Elle‘s April cover just dropped, and it features a glowy, very pregnant, very naked Jessica Simpson. And her belly isn’t the only thing she revealed to the magazine: She told Elle she’s having a girl! Being the uber-girly girl, she must be so thrilled, but she told Elle that because fiance Eric is very athletic: “Ah swear, ah will croak if she asks me for a pair of Nikes instead of Christian Louboutins!” (You can read more of the interview here.)

The spread was shot by Carter Smith and styled by Joe Zee, who took a cue from those iconic covers featuring Demi Moore and Cindy Crawford pregnant and naked. Simpson wore nothing but Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry for the naked cover, according to the behind-the-scenes article here. We can also expect to see Simpson in a 60s-inspired spread wearing Louis Vuitton and Prada.
