Kate Middleton is an official Olympic ambassador, and today she met with the GB women’s Olympic field hockey team. This was apparently a personal request, since it’s a sport she used to play. And in a move of solidarity, she tossed off her pumps and gold buttoned blazer and hopped onto the pitch to play with the team, a la Michelle Obama.

After looking completely comfortable running around in orangey-red skinny jeans (which will no doubt now be offered by every single retailer in the UK), the Duchess changed into a grey pleated Orla Kiely dress (according to the Daily Mail) and popped by an art gallery in London with her father-in-law.
