This morning, the Duchess of Cambridge made her first speech ever and rather than buy a new dress for the occasion, she wore one from Reiss' fall 2008 collection...that her mother wore two years ago, Grazia points out.
Not only that, Kate styled the blue frock in exactly the same way as her mother Carole--minus the fascinator. Perhaps Kate's mom is secretly her stylist? It's not the first time Kate has recycled an outfit, of course--she wore the white Reiss dress she wore in her official engagement portrait again on Canada Day. Kate and Pippa have also borrowed each other's clothes, evidently.
We have to ask: In this case, who wore it better?
