At last night's Kenzo show, rain-soaked guests were treated to a little something sweet to eat, in addition to a fantastic show. A Magnolia cupcake rested on each guest's seat. More were stacked up at the exit. It's always so nice when fashion shows feed the fashion people. We really do eat and are usually hungry (well, some of us, anyway).

But wait, Magnolia is in New York. Just ask Carrie Bradshaw and everyone who goes on the Sex and the City tour. So how did they get to Paris? Well, rather than ship in hundreds of cupcakes from NYC, which would probably have gotten stale on the way over, Kenzo creative directors Humberto Leon and Carol Lim imported a crew of bakers from Magnolia who whipped up the cupcakes the night before the show. The Opening Ceremony duo are based in NYC so a cupcake from Magnolia makes a hell of a lot more sense than another macaron. Still, we're very impressed.
