Go For Gold: Dolce & Gabbana, Moschino, and Marni are just some of the designers who have gone for (insufferable pun alert!) baroque with the emerging trend of gold and black, usually in the form of brocades–another huge fall trend–or embroidery. Dolce & Gabbana draped their models in embroidered capes and all-over looks (as one does) but if that was too rich for your blood, Dries Van Noten offered a more subtle version with cranes in flight on an elegant jacket.
