When you work in fashion in New York, it’s inevitable that certain things will, for better or worse, remind you of Zoolander–but this particular reference was just too funny not to point out.

Whether intentional or not, Maje has named a very pretty dress (so not derelict) from their spring line after Zoolander‘s evil villain/designer Mugatu (he’s so hot right now!). You’ll remember Mugatu as the child-labor-loving designer who attempts to brainwash Derek Zoolander into assassinating the Malaysian Primer Minister–and now you can wear his namesake dress.

Now there’s only one question that needs to be asked: Would Mugatu approve?
