CNBC’s Mickey Drexler documentary, J.Crew and the Man Who Dressed America, doesn't premiere until tonight at 10PM--but luckily for us (and for you) we've got an exclusive sneak peek at what's to come.

We already knew that the doc would feature interviews with Anna Wintour and Jenna Lyons, but this clip shows just how candid we can expect the latter to get. Lyons, who has worked for J. Crew for over 20 years--long before Drexler took the helm--says the company was "vanilla," before Mickey came onto the scene.

Continuing the food metaphor (girl after our own heart) Jenna says she'd now describe the brand as "a triple-decker Sundae." We like where she's going with this. Also is anyone else in the mood for ice cream?

Watch more of the adorable interview below. And don't forget to tune in tonight!
