When it comes to fashion, we don’t necessarily think that we have a superiority complex. But come on – there is a difference between Rick Owens and Gareth Pugh, even if they frequently both share grungy asymmetrical layers and dark color palates. Unknowledgeable Fashionista mocks the girl who thinks she has superior knowledge (but doesn’t) and is uncomfortably trendy. Go ahead, laugh at her. But don’t pretend you’ve never been in her position before (admit it: it was really hard to differentiate between all those Eastern European models when you first got into fashion).
