Model Beginnings: Rosie got her start in 2006 modeling for Victoria’s Secret. But Rosie’s career really took off in 2008 when Christopher Bailey plucked the English Rose to front a Burberry campaign. Since then, VS rewarded her with those wings; she posed nude for the Pirelli calendar and she’s become the face of Burberry Body perfume.

The Verdict: Most critics got the impression that Rosie was cast more for her bangin’ bod than her acting chops (you don’t say?). It’s her only acting role to date, however, so we’ll just hold off on judging…for now.
