The CFDA Awards, the “Oscars of Fashion” (if the Met Gala is the red carpet, the CFDAs are the actual awards), take place this Monday. In advance of the awards, we sent over some questionnaires to the nominees to find out how they reacted to being nominated, their biggest challenges, and sillier stuff like their favorite internet distraction (no one said cats, boo!) and the first thing they ever made.

First up, we heard from the nominees for the Swarovski Award for Accessory Design: Pamela Love, Irene Neuwirth and Tabitha Simmons.
