We are currently recruiting a dynamic and talented individual to lead our private client efforts. The Head of Private Client Services will focus on growing our customer base and will service clients both in our flagship New York City atelier and trunk shows nationwide. This management team member, who will report directly to the CEO, must be highly customer service oriented and sales focused.
As Head of Private Client Services, you will be responsible for generating sales at our atelier and trunk shows, and driving clients to replenish online. You must thrive in a start-up environment and be highly proactive, self-motivated and goal oriented.
Primary Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the trunk show strategy ---Organize all trunk show logistics: from invitation to execution ---Liaise with trunk show hostesses and charities to develop guest lists • Engage atelier clients ---Coordinate atelier sales calendar and hostesses for mini-events ---Identify and introduce new customers to the Alvin Valley brand through the atelier • Provide clients with an exceptional fitting experience • Cultivate strong relationships with customers • Transition offline clients to online repurchases • Provide customer feedback to business and design teams • Launch corporate outreach strategy • Other duties as identified and required
