The fashion department at Hearst Magazine International produces and styles fashion and celebrity editorials for the international editions of Hearst's titles—including Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan and Esquire—along with other special projects. We are looking for a freelance Fashion Associate to work in our New York office starting immediately through the month of August. Responsibilities include: • Requesting clothing samples and accessories from showrooms for various markets/concepts • Overseeing pick-ups and returns of clothing and accessory samples

Responsibilities include: • Requesting clothing samples and accessories from showrooms for various markets/concepts • Overseeing pick-ups and returns of clothing and accessory samples • Collecting accurate credit information • Organizing and maintaining fashion closet • Working with Fashion Director and Editor on various projects

Qualifications: • 1 - 3 years of editorial fashion experience • Established relationships with designers and showrooms • Strong interest and level of taste in fashion, self-motivation and the ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines • Basic knowledge of MAC OS. Photoshop, InDesign and online experience a plus
