Is a Markozy spotting your ultimate NYC celeb siting? Well, then, you’re in luck!

Page Six is reporting that Olivier Sarkozy has purchased a townhouse on E. 10th St. for a whopping $6.25 million, confirming an earlier report that Sarkozy was scouting a downtown pad to be closer to his gf Mary Kate Olsen. Page Six also describes Olsen as “elf-like” and a “Full House” star, which we like. But we’ll refer to Ms. Olsen as CFDA winner, thank you very much.

According to The Post, Sarkozy purchased the 146-year-old East Village townhouse with Olsen’s blessing. They “like that it is old,” a source said. Olsen obviously likes things that are old–she’s 16 years younger than her banker beau (sorry, had to!).
