We've always wondered how Anna Dello Russo manages to look comfortable and poised while stomping around fashion week in six-inch stilettos and super-short skirt--no matter the temperature--while we shuffle along, huddled in our parka and winter boots. For instance, the picture at left was taken in January--January, people!--in Milan, when the temperature was probably hovering just above 32 °F. Seriously, how is she not freezing in this picture?

Well, if this little tidbit from senior fashion editor Susan Cernek in Glamour's September issue (which we found on Refinery29), is right, it's probably because she's slapped on a few heating pads under that dress.

"Rumor has it that street style supernova Anna Dello Russo puts athletic heat patches onto the small of her back on chilly Fashion Week days so she can sport skimpy designer duds and still stay toasty."

If this is true all we have to say is: Well played, Miss Dello Russo, well played. Also: Come New York fashion week in February, we're totally going to try this trick out--underneath our parkas, that is.
