Burning Torch, an established high-end contemporary sportswear company, is seeking an experienced Studio Hostess/Customer Service Representative to join our team. As studio hostess, you will ensure the daily functions of the studio run smoothly and will be able to assist the design and production teams as needed. As Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the main point of contact between the company, customers and our sales team. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail oriented, able to multi-task and ready to contribute to the team when needed. Candidate must also be professional and have an enthusiasm for the fashion industry. Room for growth for the right person.

Duties and responsibilities include:
• Accurate data/order entry, issuing RA’s, order log maintenance
• Inventory updates and organization
• Provide assistance with shipping, calling for approvals extension etc.
• Sample organization and tracking
• Answering and directing phone calls, ordering supplies and general office responsibilities as needed
• Online boutique order processing and updating

APPAREL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED; preferably 2 years. Must be proficient in all word applications, Apparel Magic/File Maker knowledge is a plus. This is a full time position, available immediately.
