Sure it's exciting when Miss Piggy or Nicki Minaj launch a nail range (ahem), but when someone who is arguably the most well-respected nail guru in the fashion industry does it, that's downright celebration-worthy. Jin Soon Choi, who's done the nail looks for countless runway shows and fashion glossy editorials, knows nail polish. And she's finally launching her own line.

The line, called JINsoon, is made up of two tightly edited collections right now: The Quintessential Collection is made up of staples--basically all the colors no one with fingernails should ever be without; and the A La Mode Collection is the trendier, more fashion-forward of the two. Choi even tapped some model BFFs to come up with polish names. (Lucky ladies! That is our dream job.) A base coat and top coat round out the collection.

The line will be available in September for $18 each at SpaceNK and Sephora. Here's a close up of the line and the colors (including which model named them) are as follows:

Top row, L-R: Austere (Caroline Trentini), Charade (Hyoni Kang), Rhapsody (Coco Rocha), Debonair (Karlie Kloss), Auspicious (Jamie Bochert), Metaphor (Guinevere van Seenus)

Bottom row L-R: Coquette, Audacity, Risque, Nostalgia, Muse, Tulle

What would you name your nail polish color if given the chance?
