In much less exciting news, there’s also a Q&A to accompany the editorial, in which Kerr talks about how she got that smoking hot bod. While we think genetics has a lot to do with it, there’s no doubt that Miranda–who is now a certified health coach practitioner–is also a complete health nut. Some of the diet “tricks” she lives by are drinking lots of good quality water (preferably alkaline), having a glass of warm water with lemon every morning and also drinking something called Noni juice, which her grandmother introduced her to when she was 12. She practices yoga every day, even if it’s only for “10-15″ minutes, and adds a few extra squats for lunges. She say it “helps [her] to re-center and to focus.”
Kerr also says when it comes to food, she goes by the 80/20 rule. “[I eat] 80% good, 20% indulgent and that works for me and my body personally,” she told the magazine. “I treat myself occasionally and don’t have any guilt or conditions placed on it.”
Sounds reasonable enough to us. So then, Mandy, what’s your “favorite guilty pleasure food?”
Brace yourself, her answer is super unexpected: “I really love organic dark chocolate covered gogi berries,” she admitted. No not Gogi berries!
