H&M has been giving us affordable, trendy offerings for our wardrobe for years–and now they’re doing the same for our homes.
H&M Home, which launched in Europe in 2009, is coming to America in early 2013, WWD is reporting. The collection will be divided according to different rooms in the house, and will offer products driven by runway trends. Which means you’ll soon be able to buy to go to H&M and buy a cute frock in the season’s hottest print–and a sheet set to match.
A quick perusal of the brand’s Home site–which currently only ships to Europe and UK–shows a wide array of styles and products. There’s a basics line, with muted colors and clean lines; as well as a section called ‘Feminine Bohemian’ with bold floral printed sheets and accessories–there’s even have a section called ‘Pretty Kitty’ with cute cat-adorned offerings (obviously our favorite). Indeed, according to WWD, H&M will be offering three main collections each season, along with a large number of accessories every two weeks.
In other words it will be exactly like fast fashion… but for your apartment. Are you excited?
