Most babies sleep in rooms festooned with cutesy pink or blue things, maybe some Dr. Seuss stencils, maybe some Eloise, a mobile perhaps. Also most babies don’t know what’s going on and would just rather stare at some light. But Harper Beckham is not most babies.

According to Esquire (as re-reported in Contact Music) daddy David Beckham asked his “friend” Damien Hirst to create a piece to hang in his one-year-old daughter’s bedroom.

It’s fittingly called “Daddy’s Girl.” Hirst is, of course, most known for putting dead animals in formaldehyde so we’re really hoping “Daddy’s Girl” is not a fluffy kitten frozen in formaldehyde.
