LIVE PERFORMANCES

Where: Amarcord, 252 Lafayette St (between Prince and Spring Sts)
When: 7:30pm to 11pm (band performance time TBD)
The Talent: The Tablets – an arty/culty electro-pop garage outfit founded by Brooklyn-based (but of course) Liz Godoy. Depending on her mood, she’ll be performing with one partner or up to six of her musically inclined BFFs.

Where: The Men’s Store, Bergdorf Goodman, 754 Fifth Ave (between 57th and 58th Sts)
When: 7:00pm to 9:00pm
The Talent: The Blue Vipers of Brooklyn, providing uptown-friendly jazzy, swing and blues melodies. (Claims to fame: Playing Lisa Loeb’s 2009 wedding and Bergdorf’s Fashion’s Night Out bash last year. DJ Thomas Meggs will be on hand for a musical assist.)

Where: Fifth Floor, Bloomingdale’s, 1000 Third Ave (at 59th St)
When: 7pm and 8:30pm
The Talent: Electro-rock band and Fordham University alum-founded Dangerous Muse. They’ll be extra excited for FNO since they’re celebrating their new EP, “RED”. (Download their free single “I Can’t Help It” to prepare, right here: dangerousmuse.com.) Brooklyn electro-crooner Sandflower will be opening.

Where: Jeffrey, 449 W. 14th St (between Washington St and Tenth Ave)
Time: 6pm to 9pm
The Talent: Now there’s no word of an actual performance, but we can always dream. Oscar-nominated actress and YSL muse Jessica Chastain and Downton Abbey dreamboat Dan “Matthew Crawley” Stevens will be making an appearance to plug their Broadway musical The Heiress and make everyone swoon.

Where: MAC, 506 Broadway (between Broome and Spring Sts)
When: 7:00pm to 10:00pm (exact performance time TBD)
The Talent: Rapper, singer, Alexander Wang spokesmodel and safe sex advocate Azealia Banks will give an undoubtedly amazing performance. DJ Cosmo will be on the decks to pump up the crowd for the show.

Where: Manolo Blahnik, 31 West 54th St (between 5th and 6th Aves)
When: 8:30pm
The Talent: Girls just wanna have fun and so do fashion types (and shoe lovers) so Cyndi Lauper’s performance at Manolo Blahnik makes total sense. The legendary singer is plugging her new musical, Kinky Boots.

Where: Rockefeller Center, 30 Rockefeller Plaza (49th St between 5th and 6th Aves)
When: 6pm to 11pm (exact performance times TBD)
The Talent: Scottish indie band We Were Promised Jetpacks and touring partners from Washington State, The Lonely Forest, bring some straight up rocker cred to the otherwise buttoned up Rockefeller Center for a night of shopping and fashion shows.

Where: Prada, 575 Broadway (at Prince)
When: 6pm to 10pm (exact performance time TBD)
The Talent: Synth rock duo Chairlift, who hail from Brooklyn, naturally. The synth rockers seem to be the go-to indie band for fashiony events, so their ethereally haunting beats will be right at home in the trippy Rem Koolhaas-designed boutique.

Where: Salvatore Ferragamo, 655 Fifth Ave (at 52nd St)
When: 7pm to 9pm
The Talent: Russian new wavey, synth-pop trio Tesla Boy is providing the live entertainment for this opulent-sounding party (named “From Russia With Love”), which is inspired by decadent Czarist-era Russia. Fittingly, a trifecta of Russian It Girls – Miroslava Duma, Elena Perminova, and Anya Ziourova – will be hosting the party.

Where: Scoop NYC Block Party, 875 Washington St (at 14th St)
When: 6pm to 9pm
The Talent: One-man-band St. Lucia (a.k.a. South African-raised and Brooklyn-based Jean-Phillip Grobler) brings his super-catchy electro synth-poppin’ beats to the MPD extravaganza. We predict an impromptu new-New Wave dance party and DJ Mick Boogie will be on hand to make sure the music doesn’t stop.

Where: Topshop, 478 Broadway (at Broome St)
When: 6:30 PM to 9 PM
The Talent: The Misshapes will be heading up the TopShop NYC party, but if you can’t make their set, there will be a host of DJs in store, including DJ Lindsey.

Where: Saks Fifth Avenue, 611 Fifth Avenue, 8th Floor
When: 9pm
The Talent: Vanessa Carlton! Remember her?
