For Diane Kruger, the drama at May's Cannes Film Festival didn't stop when the movies ended. The actress told People that she was faced with a rather unfortunate predicament when it came her voluminous vintage Dior Couture gown and, well, relieving herself:

"[The gown] had a huge bodice. It was so big that it took me an hour to get into it and the only way for me to go to the bathroom was to take off the bodice. Once I finished dinner, I had to go to the bathroom and it became so tight that I couldn’t breathe anymore."

But fret not--despite the dire circumstances, it wasn't Kruger's time to go (though in other respects, it was!) Thankfully, her ridiculously good-looking, sharp-dressing, beloved by Karl Lagerfeld boyfriend Joshua Jackson also happens to be a wizard with the scissors.

"Josh had to come with me to the lady’s room and cut me out of it. That’s real love, isn’t it, to have someone like him help me in the weirdest situations. He’s great and he’s like my hero."

Yeah, yeah, that's great and everything, but what we're really wondering is, what happened to that poor Dior? And with a hoop skirt that massive, couldn't Kruger have easily hidden an entire toilet (or bathroom, for that matter) underneath and gone about her normal red carpet business?
