In a season of more minimalist aesthetic, Dolce & Gabbana’s Sicilian-inspired collection featuring wicker corsets, raffia crop tops and earrings bigger than my fist was a fun oasis of extravagance. The true genius, however, was in the way the designers translated that aesthetic into more wearable pieces, like the bold striped looks or the black semi-sheer dresses.
