Since announcing her engagement to Adam Shulman back in November 2011, the details of Anne Hathaway's impending nuptials have been fairly mum. Until now. The actress's long time friend Valentino said he "did the dress" for her big day, according to E!. It certainly is easier to choose the right dress when Valentino considers you not just a close friend, but 'like a daughter,' which he said when gushing to E! about the actress.

He went on to say, "She's sensational. She's fantastic. She's a girl that...She deserves what she has in this life. [That] means, she's already a great star. But she's going to be a great, great, great, great thousand times great star. She has all the qualities." It didn't end there either. The king of gowns, who was just honored at the New York City Ballet's fall gala (he did the costumes), also praised Hathaway's voice and performance in the upcoming remake of Les Misérables, which comes out Christmas Day and also stars Hugh Jackman.

Hathaway and Valentino have been BFFs for a while now and are often spotted arm and arm at glamorous events. We can't wait to see what he dreamed up for her most important frock moment yet, and considering it might already be hanging in a closet somewhere, hopefully the big day isn't too far off. That is, unless she's planning to grow out her hair...
