Blair Waldorf and her Headbands

Yes, we’ve discussed the importance of Blair’s headbands to Gossip Girl. They were a staple of Blair’s wardrobe for much of the first two seasons (and as my friends will attest, a major obsession of mine from 2007 – 2009). The fact of the matter is, once the headbands went, so did Blair’s ability to rule the Upper East Side with an iron fist. Were they the secret to her evil genius? We can’t be sure. All we know is, as the series comes to an end, forget fascinators, berets, and cloche hats: these are the only headgear we want to see Blair Waldorf in. Preferably atop a pile of perfectly groomed curls. Thank you.
