Cutrone, whose upstate house sustained a lot of damage during Hurricane Irene last August isn’t messing around this time. She’s with jeweler friend Gillian Chvat at her country house and they’re both wearing Chvat’s Kali cuffs (apropos since Kali is the goddess of destruction) while hauling sandbags around the property. “I have to tell you hauling [60 pound] sandbags is a great core exercise if anybody’s looking,” she told us.

As for what she’ll be watching? “I downloaded Duck Dynasty from A&E because I’m in love with Jase!”

And the noms. Very important: “We made potato leek soup, have Pepperidge Farm cookies, organic milk chocolate, we made a fresh apple pie, and we’re making corn muffins now…and sparkling apple cider with fresh pomegranate seeds,” she told us. “We’re having a Pop Tart comparison–we’re doing the organic ones vs. the commercial ones.” Can daughter Ava tell the difference? “Yeah she picked the commercial ones!”
