Iris Apfel could certainly teach people a quarter of her age a thing or two about fashion and fame. The nonagenarian, who recently launched her own accessories line and just appeared on the cover of Dazed & Confused, went on Today this morning to talk senior style with Ari Seth Cohen and some of the other Advanced Style doyennes.

Apfel, who is not one to hold back an opinion, told Lauer that she considers herself a "geriatric starlet" and that fashion designers need to really take the 60-year-old+ consumer into consideration. She also hopes to convince that age group not to "roll up and die" and "look like they're wearing widows' weeds."
