Denise Richards as Dr. Christmas Jones in The World Is Not Enough, 1999: OK so Richards’ outfit in this movie got quite a bit of ridicule at the time, and she’s even been voted the worst Bond girl of all time. Sorry, but why can’t a nuclear physicist wear hot pants??
