This is probably the trickiest product to make last, what with that third dessert you’re going for (and second shot of tequila to blunt all your mom’s nagging). “For lips that won’t quit, start by defining the lip with [a lip pencil] in your chosen color and fill in the entire lip,” MAC’s Young advised us. “This will help to bind any additional products placed on top.” Use your favorite lip color–either a lipstick or gloss–on top.
