Although most of us in NYC didn’t have much of a Halloween last night, people in other parts of the country, and world, did. Plus, we managed to party hard last weekend, and maybe we’ll try again on November 5–that’s when Halloween has apparently been officially postponed to in New York and New Jersey.

We’re declaring the Brant brothers the winners with Emma Roberts (as her aunt Julia in Pretty Woman) as a close second and Kate Moss looking flawless as Morticia Addams as third. A surprising honorable mention to Miley Cyrus for NAILING IT as Nicky Minaj.
