Erica Domesek’s Turkey Cupcakes
“Who says turkey can’t be sweet? Last year I made these amazing Turkey Cupcakes (recipe courtesy of Hello Cupcake), which I plan on doing again this year, because they were such a hit!”
After baking cupcakes, slap a heaping tablespoon of icing onto the top of the cake and cover with a thin rolled layer of caramel (NY Bake Shop sells, as well as other baking shops). Cut a hole for grape nuts aka stuffing, which will stick to the icing. Use thin pretzel sticks with caramel molded around the tops for the drumsticks. For that extra garnish of green, melt green frosting with a few drops of food coloring in the microwave and drizzle on corn flakes.
