Fassberg’s Take: “Grilled cheese, when you make it yourself, can be a good choice–but if it’s greasy and not special, then skip. It can be full of fat and calories.”
Gelband’s Take: “Depends on the cheese. String cheese and goat cheese are the best for you (and most natural), but I’ve never heard of mini grilled cheese made that way!”
To Eat, or Not To Eat: Better leave the greasy cheese to the kiddies–though it personally pains me to admit this.
