Gans’s Take: “I’m a big fan of eggs! Unfortunately, the ‘deviled’ part means they most likely added mayo–so stick to only one of these.”
Fassberg’s Take: “Enjoy–but not too many. There is lots of salt in the caviar, which can make you thirsty. Take one or two depending on the other choices you decide to make.”
Gelband’s Take: Caviar can be good protein and so can hard boiled egg–the yellow is high in cholesterol, but tolerable once in awhile!
