Fassberg’s Take: “Is it real crab, and are they baked? Then enjoy… it’s worth the calories. But if it’s mostly bread crumbs, have something else–especially if they look like they’ve been deep fried.”
To Eat, or Not To Eat: Chow down if it’s baked real crab. But it won’t be. Pass.
