We are currently looking for a Public Relations Assistant to join our Ready To Wear (RTW) Public Relations team.

The job entails:
• Managing specified retainer clients, maintaining clear day to day communication and expectations.
• Creating lists of editors, stylists, influencers, and tastemakers for fashion shows, events and creating detailed status reports to be updated daily.
• Updating the in house database.
• Taking RSVP’s for events.

Requirements:
• Being a team player with excellent written and communications skills.
• Having the ability to multi-task, the ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Experience working Fashion Shows preferable.
• A strong understanding of the Fashion Industry and its Key Individuals.
• Strong social media skills (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PowerPoint and Excel are a must
