Breakout Pet: Choupette Lagerfeld

Oh Choupette, the ways in which you entertained us in 2012. Karl Lagerfeld’s spoiled kitten drew headlines in WWD, and even spoke to Fashionista soon after creating her own Twitter account (that we now know was manned by social media guru Ashley Tschudin). Editorials in V magazine and Harper’s Bazaar soon followed, with Choupette’s two maids following her every whim all the while. Though watch out Choupette—designer Wes Gordon’s cute puppy Bird Arnhold Gordon is trailing a close second for fashion’s favorite pet. Little Bird even has his own Instagram account—time to catch up.
