Autumn Communications is looking to hire an Account Coordinator with at least a year of full-time public relations experience and press contacts. A small firm looking for someone who wants longevity with a rapidly growing company. We work with lifestyle, fashion and technology clients.

Recent clients include: The Art of Elysium, Haute Living Magazine, The RealReal, StyleHaul, Fatburger, Beau Joie Champagne, Prévu Liqueur, Mobli, The Tappan Collective, Zynga, Skinny Tees, Faring Capital, Gaydamak Jewelry, Solid & Striped and BOND.

Duties will include:
• Pitching to press
• Event Coordinating
• Account Managing

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Must have at least 1 year full-time working PR experience
• Must have press contacts
• Excellent writing skills
• Tech savvy with experience in all Microsoft Office programs, Cision, some web design
• Positive attitude is necessary
• Great organizational skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative

Autumn Communications is looking to hire interns with public relations experience. This is a great opportunity for someone to be closely involved with the running of a small firm.

Duties will include:
• Researching publications, events and press opportunities
• Occasional errands
• Office organization/filing
• Coordinating projects for clients – gifting, events, samples
• Updating social media platforms
• Working on client presentations and reports

Requirements:
• Experience in PR
• Excellent writing skills
• Tech savvy with experience in all Microsoft Office programs, Cision, some web design
• Positive attitude is a must
• Great organizational skills
• Self-starter who takes initiative
—Minimum 3 month commitment. Must receive school credit.
