It’s that time again: Every store is rolling out those sunny weather spring offerings, and even though it’s still dropping below the dew point every night here in the Northeast, I just can’t resist.

So this January, I didn’t even try. Instead, I whipped out my Visa card the second this flirty little numeral hit the Urban Outfitters site. As soon as the temp in ole N-Y-C hits 55°F, I’ll be wearing this adorably femme polka-dotty frock like the Charlotte York-Goldenblatt costume closet is goin’ outta style.

Maybe it already has. But I still really like this dress. So. Cute.
